Returns & Exchanges

At Klassy Network, we want you to feel confident and comfortable in every piece you wear. If your order isn't the perfect fit, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of your delivery date.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure items are in original, unworn condition with all tags attached, then pack them securely in the original shipping bag or a similar mailer.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any old shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop off your package at the designated carrier location; once our warehouse receives and inspects the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
